Any personal reviews on these? I'm wondering what separates a $30 LED from here and a $200+ Rigid Industries LED from Gobi's website. I don't have my Gobi rack, and won't for a while, but I would like to start thinking about what (if any) LED's I want to mount to it.

[Edit] Looks like their 7" light bars are too tall for the Gobi Stealth rack anyway. I'm still curious about quality and light output, though.

I do not have any first hand experience with them but I will circle back once I install them and hopefully a long term review.
the feedback on amazon seems to be positive and a few folks on here are using their product as well. I can't really speak of how they compare to the $200+ units but this falls under the "want" versus "need" category in my book.

I have a row of 3 Auxbeam bars on my Xterra's GOBI rack, 2 6" and a 12" in the middle.

Holy freaking blinding daylight when you turn those on at night. I need to aim them a bit more but they replaced 2 OEM halogen lights, and I was surprised at the difference since I was pretty impressed with the stock roof lights.

I haven't had them on there a long time, but so far they are awesome.

I have different off brand led lights on my modified Jeep. Rigid stuff is nice. However, I won't be mad/sad if I break or lose the cheap lights to a thief. The cheap lights average 1amp draw each. I currently have 14 wired up on the Jeep.

Definitely more of a flood pattern but they are really bright. I'm pretty sure they were about $100 more when I originally purchased them.

That's exactly my thoughts. Plus these are sold in 2-packs, so they're actually half the price I was originally thinking! I'm just not sure how they will fit with a Gobi Stealth rack, and they state they fit lights with 7" x 2-1/4" sizing. I'm not sure if that 2-1/4" is depth or height...

I'm running Kawell lights. No idea if they are better or worse than Auxbeam. I'm sure there are only a few actual manufacturers that throw whatever name on the product. Between my tow rig and Jeep I have at least 20 of these wired up. Most are flood. I think 4 are spot. No idea if advertised lumens is correct. Out of all the lights I have one individual diode that didn't work out of the box. Still installed it. Everything is fused and relayed. On the Jeep I have manual switches and a Wireless remote all with Diodes wired in to prevent back feeding.


If Auxbeam is better than Kawell go for it. These just happen to be cheap enough for me not to worry about one bit.
