Bilstein 5100 - Stock Coil or Aftermarket 1.75"?

New to this lifting thing, so I could use some guidance! I've gone through hundreds of Bilstein 5100 threads and finally settled on what I should do for my 2020 Venture. I'm 99% sold on a 1.75f/1.0r lift. Just got my hands on the front shocks this week.

I know Eibach makes a 1" rear coil, so thats easy.

I know I could easily run the stock spring and get the lift i want with the 5100's, but if I had $220 to spend, what front coil should I use to replace with it? Would it be a noticeable difference between the stock coil at the third clip versus a aftermarket coil at the stock setting?

It seems that height front spring is hard to come by, whether out of stock or they do not exist. I want to stick with this height because I'm currently still running the all season Duellers and think I can still pull off that amount of lift with those stock tires until I burn through them.

I have been looking to put on 2.5" and 1.5" springs. I'm wondering how much of a difference it will make? More specifically, I was looking at the WheelersOffroad T1 / T13 combo.

Sorry that doesn't really answer your question, but I'm curious about part of your question regarding the potential improvement of ride quality using a lift spring instead of the perch settings on the shock.

Are you happy with how it rides at 2.5 on the stock spring? Are you on all seasons as well? Seems hard to find people on all seasons with a lift...

I am on 285/70/17 Falken WildPeak ATW's, "P-metrics". Got them installed at the same time as my lift.

Regarding the ride integrity. It feels decent enough, but I'm far from an expert on ride comfort and handling. The 5100's did an amazing job at reducing the nose-dive and the wallowing around corners. I have maybe 6,000 miles on the lift and tires thus far, so not a ton of miles.

I’m running 5100 set at zero and the Dobinsons 1.75” spring. Sorry, I don’t remember the model number right now. I am happy with the ride. Obviously, I have no idea how this ride compares to the stock spring on 5100s at 1.75. If I did it again, I would go with the 2” lift spring instead just for a little more lift.

Your signature has C59-300, so that is good to note for the future. I think I decided to go with the stock springs for now. Hope I don't regret it!
