Burning rubber smell 2002 sport 4wd

Hey guys, I have had a burning rubber smell coming from under the hood for a few weeks. The belts were worn and I thought maybe some how they may have caused the smell. Since replacing all the belts I can still smell it. The runner runs great no noises knocks or power problems. What could this be?

How are the brakes, if you have a frozen caliper, an overheated pad can smell like that.
