Can anyone identify the cross member that the rack and pinion mounts to?

While trying to replace the bushings on the rack and pinion on my 2000 T4R, I managed to snap the welded nut inside the frame piece the rack and pinion attaches to. Aside from that FUBAR, does anyone know what that cross member part is called that the rack and pinion mounts to under the car? I have been searching parts and schematics for an hour and nothing looks like that part.

as far as I know they don't just sell a nut, you would have to buy the entire #2 cross member and get it welded onto the frame.

all of the frame bolts are 1.25 pitch and I believe you need M12 so you could get a M12 1.25 flange nut and weld it.

Yup, new nut and have a fabrication shop or 4x4 shop weld it back on. I think you should be ok driving it short distances with the bolt not in, it'll just have sloppy steering. The other bolt should help keep it in place.

I actually broke the weld on mine replacing the rack and pinion. I just stuck a 19mm, or whatever size it is, wrench up there, and ran the bolt down to spec. Actually made it easier to remove the front diff. I wouldn't waste my time rewelding it back on. Tighten it and run it.
