Event Details:
Event Duration: August 8, 2024 - August 13, 2024

How to Participate:
Step1：Leave your vehicle's Make, Model, and Year (MMY).
Step2：Share a brief description of your lighting modifications with Lasfit or other brands. Feel free to share any of your aftermarket lighting modifications! Why did you make the changes, and how did they turn out?
Step3：Post a photo showing the results of your modifications.

Prizes:
First Prize: 1 Pair of Brand New T3 Series or LAair Series LED Bulbs, awarded to 2 winners
T3 series specific for turn signal/brake/tail lights
LAair series for low beam/high beam/fog lights

Second Prize: 1 Pair of 168 LED Bulbs, awarded to 2 winners
168 LED bulbs always be used as license plate lights/map lights/dome lights/vanity lights


How to Win:
Participants will be ranked based on the number of likes they receive by the end date. In the case of a tie, the post date in this thread will determine the ranking.

1. Make sure you have a vehicle that can replace OEM halogen/incandescent lights.

I have a 2011 4runner and I'm Running the LASFIT T3-1157 LED bulbs for my turn signals. I absolutely love these bulbs as the are way more visible than my stock bulb combined with the aftermarket bumper.

I'll just post this: We have a 97 T4R SR5 with 375k and a 07 T4R LTD with 176k. As far as lighting modifications goes: we've done nothing.

Our 7 (soon to be 8) rescue and special needs dogs get all the money!

I'm also a little gun-shy of investing into a more powerful lighting solution, in factory headlights, where I can't find verifiable feedback of, "this will definitely work".

IE our 2011 VW SPortwagen TDI. Nobody can say, "yes, this is an improvement".

I've got a 2019 4runner limited and I've taken my first steps into the lighting rabbithole with a set of Diode Dynamics SS3 Pros and they've blown me away.
The OEM fog lights (and headlights) were pretty sub-par and needed an improvement.
In my former vehicle, which was a 4th gen, I had gotten the amber LED fog light bulbs and I really liked how they looked. The yellow definitely does take some getting used to, but they looks really really cool and most people agree that they are objectively better in fog/snow.

Also I have done the H11 to H9 headlight conversion (although oddly enough the prior owner had changed the passenger-side to the H9 while keeping an H11 in the driver side).

1999 Toyota 4Runner SR5 with a 5 speed

I am completely stock as far as the lighting department, the quasi-exception being the OEM format bulbs for headlamps. Standard stiff lift for hauling otherwise. My vehicle despite being in NY is from the desert and is always garaged in winter so the cleanliness and dryness of it, in a world of lifted fords and jeep really catches everyone's eye. It is a hauler most of the time and a roll around town type vehicle when not carrying stuff. She has made a diagonal CONUS trip all the way across the US. I can tell you right now, an upgrade would've been great bombing through the desert in the middle of the night on the trip home.

I have been looking for the obvious upgrade to lighting and debating on Lasfit and a couple of their competitors. This thing as everyone knows could really benefit from a kickstart in the visibility department.

I don't know how many likes a clean, dry stock-lit truck would get but I hope you enjoy. Good luck to other participants!
