Clicking/Clacking sound from U-joints?

I've got a clacking type sound coming from my driveshaft that myself and 2 others have identified as a u-joint issue. My question is how many U-joints should i buy (2 Front, 1 Rear/ 3 Rear) this is my first issue with u-joints or the driveshaft area in general so im at a complete disadvantage here. Also we tried to drop the shaft at the rear yesterday and it would not budge can i get a step by step on that please?

As far as removing detaching the rear of the rear shaft, you just have to undo the 4 bolt/lock-washer/nut bits. Then you push the rear portion towards the front of the vehicle so it slides into the slip-yoke a little. Then it's free and it drops down.
