I just used spray paint from autozone. There is a part store locally that will make your factory color in a spray can if you give them your paint code. I think I will split them again and put a couple more coats on it.

No it will not melt. It's not hard to take apart just take your time. There is alot of DIY threads if google it. One thing I did differently was heat the oven up to 300 then turn it off while baked. I didn't want the element turning on because it was so close to it.

as for headlights bro yellow would be the universal color. yellow headlights for all toyota models are great. that's what i did with my camry. so cool.
