OK it's time to meat and greet everyone. The weather should be nice, and we will go on a moderate trail called Balanced Rock Road.

We can get whatever snacks / water, or plan to meet at a restaurant instead. I don't care to spend $ on food out.



After everyone arrives : we can shoot the shit for however long until we get antsy to drive. (Maybe 1 hour)

Then we will drive to Balanced Rock Road off Rampart Range Road. Balanced Rock Rd is 31 miles down Rampart Range Road. http://www.traildamage.com/trails/index.php?id=202

From Denver, take I-25 to exit 187 and Happy Canyon Road and Highway 85. Just before the town of Sedalia, turn south on Highway 67. Follow this to the turn for Rampart Range Road on the left. If you get to the town of Moonridge you've gone too far. Take Rampart Range Road 31 miles south to the trailhead.

Probably to the trail head around 12:30pm

Just so everyone is aware, there is a new time for the event. Event was pushed an hour ahead and now will be held at 10:00am. Same location.

I'll have to reference the next meet there. There's also a couple Facebook groups that helped the meet blow up. They're a great place to keep an eye on local stuff.
