Learned about this on one of the major news network web sites today.
Obamacare law supposedly allows a state to opt out of the ACA if their plan is as good or better. The wording in the last part of the previous sentence may not be spot on, but you get the point.
I have not studied the ColoradoCare plan in detail, but wonder what people from Colorado think about this. It's my understanding that an additional 10% will be withheld from payroll to support this. This will no doubt increase each year.
Not likely to fare well with those who have employer-sponsored plans, or does this now usurp those plans?
