Contact outgearsolutions on Instagram. He sells his custom racks for $500 + shipping. They don't include a ladder from what I can tell, but look very similar to the Gobi rack.

Don't let Gobi find out about them. I just searched bajarack's website cuz they used to have a short and long 3rd gen roof racks. Now I don't see them listed on bajaracks site so I wonder if the litigation that gobi brought to Whitson also affected bajarack? IIRC Gobi also sued bajarack at the same time. To the OP you either pay Gobi's price or hope you can find a small metal fab shop that can make one.
Edit: Nevermind Bajarack still lists there roof rack for the 4Runner. They just have a new website design and I couldn't find it as easily.
