Just installed it last night. Mine came with some new bolts for front and rear flanges. The transfer case flange didn't have a dust ring on it to protect the rear seal at all, tried to pull the dust ring off the old flange but the inner diameter on the dust ring is smaller than the diameter on the new flange, so I just left it off. Got it all bolted back together and took it for a test drive and it was smooth as butter. Guess I had just gotten used to the vibrations in the truck over time from the bad driveshaft. Only issue I ran into was one of the grade 8 lock washers they sent spread apart as I was tightening the bolts. Might have to run to the store and get a new one, but otherwise everything went real smooth, way easier than I thought it would be. A+ for Tom Woods, and they shipped it out pretty quick too. I got the one with the 1350 spicer joints with the upgraded double cardan joints, so I had to swap flanges.
