Engine Mounts / Motor Mounts

So I have a vibration that continues to elude me. I'm going to replace both the motor mounts and the transmission mount.

Has anyone replaced the motor mounts without pulling the engine, and can tell me how they did it? For the life of me I can't see how to get the driver one out. It appears I would need to pull the CV axle at least on the driver side to get to the mount.

Searched YouTube but only found videos on diagnosing worn/broken mounts but nada on how to R&R. Even my Toyota Repair Manual doesn't show it

Hello, did you change them in the end? Any recommendations on the procedures?

I’m son the same road as you, looking to end ta damn vibration at highway speed!
