hey I appreciate all your viewpoints and I added an impreza to the list of things to watch for. I think the frontrunner is the 4runner but the venza/camry and the impreza are also things I'm watching for. I think the camry would be a little small but if the send me overseas again I have to sell one of my vehicles.....and the 3rd gen is going to storage. We have decided to wait till we get our tax return unless a really awesome deal falls into our lap. Seems like the 20k price range works for everything which is nice.

I voted 4th gen, but I will go ahead and say that my 2013 Subie Impreza gets 36mpg hwy all day long

That's more than double what we get :cry2:
