Factory options on the 2008 4Runner

I came across this site a few minutes ago:
2008*Toyota*4Runner Standard & Optional Equipment

It lists several things as factory options on the 2008 4Runner Limited V8 4x4, that I have NEVER seen as an option anywhere else. In particular:

Rear audio controls ($665)
3rd Row Seats ($1,175)
Turn Signal Indicator Mirrors ($389)
Ground Clearance Option of 9.1" vs Standard 8.7" (not priced)

I assume the clearance is something that was included in the xreas or auto level suspension options, or something.

But the others I've never seen as an option for that model year (or even the 4th Gens in general).

Anyone know if these are actually options? I can't find any official Toyota sources that show these listed, either standalone or as part of a package.

Aside from the 3rd row seats which are legitimate, I'm pretty sure those aren't actually options; Cars.com just has incorrect data. Ground clearance could be the difference between 2wd & 4wd or V6 vs. V8 weight, but I don't think it's XREAS or RAS dependent.

It also looks like while 15mpg city is standard for the 08 Limited V8, you could go for the optional 14mpg package???

I've got some sort of weird lcd screen in the roof on the back of the dome light that could be for rear audio. Who knows?

Looking at the '08 T4R sales brochure that I saved, under "08 Packages and Options," and within that under "Limited":

"Limited Extra Value Package - includes power tilt/slide mooroof with noise-reduction technology and sunshade, X-READ Sport Enhancement Suspension and color-keyed rear spoiler with center high-mount stop lamp (CHMSL).

JBL Synthesis AM/FM 6-disc in-dash CD changer with satellite radio capability, ten speakers and MP3/WMA playback capability.
Third-row foldaway 50/50 split fold-down removable seats.
Rear Height Control Air Suspension (V8 models) - includes X-REAS Sport Enhancement Suspension.
X-REAS Sport Enhancement Suspension.

Our factory sticker lists individual options instead of the package:
QV Value Package" including the sunroof, X-REAS and the CHMSL.
NV JBL AM/FM 4-disc Changer CD with DVD-Based Voice Activated Touch-Screen Navigation system
RL Daytime Running Lights
CF Carpet Floor Mats/Cargo
TO Weight Carrying Tow Hitch and Ball Mount Kit (V6 Models Only)

All models (Limited, Sport Edition, SR5) can be ordered with a rear-seat DVD system with rear audio remote control, RCA jacks and 2 wireless headphones, but I see nothing for turn signal indicator mirrors. If those turn indicators were available, I'm sure there would have been a picture of them in the brochure.

This brochure was for first '08 models offered for sale in the fall of '07. As always, these sales brochures are subject to change. For example, the brochure lists active headrests as standard equipment, but that wasn't true.

The 4th gen did have a "rear audio" option that transmitted an audio signal (hence the tiny LCD panel in the dome lite) that you could purchase Toyota headphones for. My dealer said it was for the kiddies. My '05 has this option. It even came with a little Toyota remote. Never used it though.

Interesting, when I bought mine a few months ago it didn't have any headphones or remotes, and I was wondering what that little screen was for.
