Fascia Answers

Alright people. When I got my 2000 t4r the stereo lights didn't work. Now the climate control lights are out. I know it's wiring because when I'm on a bumpy road the lights flicker. I have looked at different discussions on how to do it but none are real clear. Anybody have directions or pictures or videos that makes it easy to figure out? I assume I just need to take the fascia off so I can check all wires. Thanks!

Lights flicker over bumps? Just sounds like a loose bulb to me.

Pop off the fascia, pop off the climate control knobs, then pop off the face, unscrew the climate control module and see whats going on.

from memory: two screws on either side of the shifter, maybe two clips too. Pull that section up and back a little. Depending on your climate control... pop the cover off the climate control--two screws there. Then gently pull the fascia towards the back of the vehicle while working your way up. should pop right off. just go slow, but it does require some force.

Hey your pictures helped tremendously! Do you have advice on checking the bulbs on the radio. Those have been out since I got it. There are quite a few parts of the radio I could take apart but I don't want to open it up more than I have to! Thanks for the help!
