Flush roof rack

Does anyone make a roof rack that would mount at a flush height between the stock roof rails?

Like a low-profile basket?

Lowest I've seen is the rola rack with low profile brackets. I know there are a fair number of members running that with the low profile brackets, couldn't find any pictures other than the seller's page

Prinsu or the Gobi Stealth rack or both reasonably low profile as well, but those replace the stock rack

These are both low and low profile, but they replace the factory rails:

I've never seen these - would be interested in comments from anyone that has experience with them. I'm more concerned about wind noise than anything else. Any suggestions for the quietest rack??

Don't know why that link says Lexus - it hits the site for 4th gen 4Rs.
