Found stolen red 1st Gen in SF WA pkates

Im on a phone right now so not many tools available. I just saw a picture of one on IG that is obviously stolen but not stripped quite yet in San Francisco. Current Washington state plates. At the end of Amador Street by gravel pits missing wheels but beautifully detailed engine and not torn up. Missing battery and wheels only. Message me if I can help. Someone is probably super bummed.

Is it considered abandoned yet? Toss some wheels on and roll it home. ☺
