Front Cat Converter bolt on Magnaflow or ? So. Cal help please

Hey everyone i need suggestions. I’m needing a front cat converter preferably oem style bolt on. OEM part is ridiculously priced! My runner is an 02 sport Ed 3.4l. I had my front cat replaced at a shop near montebello for $400 cash only a few years ago. It was an aftermarket no name but carb compliant cat. It was the cheapest I found after searching around for 2 months. This was all due to CEL bank 1 codes. So I Replaced o2 sensors, plugs, wires, maf, iac, throttle body and intake cleaning, all filters/fluids, etc etc. ran perfect! a week later.... cel light was back on triggered 25-40mph slow speeds steady throttle. I believe I did my own self in. Prior to all this, no issues no lights except engine seemed a bit tired and worn. I did the infamous sea foam major process + 91 octane and fuel system flushes twice within a week and a half. When doing the sea foam, It billowed extremely thick smoke. Enough to block out the entire neighborhood worse than the bat mobile for 20-30 min non stop each time. Like that movie the fog. It was insane the amount of fog the Sea foam produced!!!. Couldn’t see a few feet away. Good thing I did it quietly really late at night! Neighbors would have been upset!!! Haha.... But after doing the de carb twice, it suddenly regained power and spunk like when it was new. I have 254k original owner. I was thrilled with the process and performance knowing it cleaned a lot of junk out....Resulting a Few weeks later cel light now came on and nightmare begun. Never a cel prior to the sea foam. Figured the de carb probably caused issues .I started with a full tune up as a pm regardless it was probably due. It was great then a week later...cel for cat bank 1. Which was replaced by Montebello ghetto fabulous shop. I’ve been back to shop Many times to get warranty and shove my boot where it doesn’t shine after looking at the horrible cut out and weld job that was done like a 2 year old. Grrrr. They’re closed down due to covid. Cat internally fell apart and plugged causing no power would not go above 30mph with pedal on the floor. Removed front cat, gutted and reinstalled for now. Power is now awesome but It’s so friggin loud and I’m over the sound. It’s way overboard!! As per a friend,! I can be heard blocks away, not good! Besides i don’t need a ticket or even want to bother with a violation. They’ve taken more than their share over the years because of this damn lead foot issue of mine.Honestly I drive like I stole it 24/7. Lol. Anyways, I started the quest for new both cats. Bye bye turbo or supercharger install at least for now. I found a Rear cat by magnaflow oem style bolt on brand new in San Diego for $350 shipped. Immediately bought it. Searching eBay found “ca design” front bolt on magnaflow for $322+tax shipped. Purchased right away now I’m told off-road only. Cannot ship to me. The other front carb compliant cat For magnaflow online sources I’m seeing are part#447192 oem style bolt on but $550++ not in stock, weld on version part#447105 but $350++ also not in stock and of course finding a shop to weld it on. So I ventured onto pick a part anaheim and Stanton yanked the front cat but both places will not allow me to purchase. I can get any exhaust part except the cat. Go figure! Does anyone know somewhere cheap I can get a magnaflow or at least known quality name brand front cat either installed or part only? I’ve seen online for cheaper. Brands such as: ap, afe, walker, etc etc but also issues being short lived and cel problems. No thanks been there done that. Some random person in Long Beach asked why my truck is so loud and he could get me a “used” one for $150 cash in a couple of hours. He would have to make some calls. I refused the offer. But I know he’s probably gonna steal it from someone else just so he can go buy dope or whatever else. Not supporting his cause and I’m not going to screw over some poor person just because of my dilemma. That would be bad karma and I’ve got enough already. Heaven forbid it was another member on here too. That would def suck!!! No thank you! I’m in Orange County but willing to travel almost anywhere in southern cal if it’s a good price. Any suggestions would be really appreciated. Thanks and sorry for long thread. After all the anguish and being a glutton for punishment, Still recommend the de carb, night and day difference.
