Well after months of reading stories on here on frozen calipers, unfortunately I ran into one last night changing out my brakes while installing my EBC Green stuff. Turns out one of the pistons on the drivers side caliper had frozen.
What I had thought was going to be a 45 min brake job turned into 5 hours. Seeing I had to walk a short distance to go get a replacement...which by the way the Oreiley dude sold me the wrong one so had to walk back. Add to the fact the bolts on the caliper were a ***** to take off and getting the brake line back in was challenging.
None the less after starting at 5:00 and finishing around 10:00 last night I was finished, everything put back together and the car stopping like it should.
Though I think today a drink will be in order after work
