3rd Gen 4Runner Rear E-Locker Differential Swap
4.10 Gears
Includes:
- 4.10 Rear Differential with lock actuator/motor. This is from a 1st gen Tacoma and matches the 4.10 gearing in many SR5 Auto trucks. I’ve marked and spun the input shaft vs the axles and confirmed 4.10 but I haven’t tested the actuator/motor.
- Axle Housing from 3rd Gen 4Runner w/E-Locker
- Toyota ECU for 4wd/E-Locker (goes in driver footwell under dash
- Toyota RR Rear Diff Lock Switch (getting hard to find these)
- Wiring harness for Diff to chassis harness
This doesn’t include the wiring from the ECU to the rear chassis harness, where the wiring that I’ve included would plug in under the rear seats. Other than that, this is pretty much everything you’d beed, assuming you can rob parts from your other axle housing.
I intended to swap this into my 2000 SR5 but ended up selling it before I found the time.
I don’t intend to ship this unless the buyer pays for and arranges the shipment. I’ll drive to meet a buyer within 100 miles of zip code 22307.
