Everything is in good condition, used for about a year and comes with the red stitching. Side pieces and tailgate pieces will need new double sided adhesive which can be bought locally or from canvasback here:

This was on a TRD pro so it does have the sub woofer speaker cutout on the passenger side.

I paid $380 + taxes and shipping for this setup.
