This is a USA Made Serialized Titan Fuel Tanks brand Trail Trekker ii Spare fuel tank. This sale comes with all parts. Tank, mounting brackets, shaker siphon, grounding wire, instructions, and original envelope with the serial number on it. This particular tank comes with the bracket for Toyota 6x5.5 lug pattern but you can purchase a 5x4.5 bracket from Titan Tank for Jeeps.
The tank mounts to your Jeep or Toyota offroad vehicle's spare tire mount. The spare tire then mounts to the 1/4" thick aluminum tank mounting bracket the same way your tire used to mount. The tank is sandwiched between your spare and factory or aftermarket bumper tire mount.
It is marketed as holding 12 gallons of fuel, however the embossing on the tank says "Holds 14.4g but do not exceed 95% capacity or 13.7 gallons". I normally stored 13 gallons. Great for long trips, extra fuel for offroad toys, or trips to remote locations. No leaks, works perfect. Decided to go a different route for extra fuel storage.
