I am selling my lightly used roof top tent due to my physical limitations keeping me from using it. I purchased this tent in July 2019 for $4500+ and spent a total of 3 nights in it - it has been in my garage covered since late September 2019. Tent is in excellent shape, hard top tent, super easy to put up and take down Includes telescoping ladder, light, and built in fan.
