Fuel pump & cig. lighter fuse

Newbie Q:

Looking to change the fuel filter but I noticed the manual doesn't say (or I don't understand) which fuse is for the fuel pump. Looking to relieve the pressure before I change.

Also, which fuse is for the cig lighter? Hooking up an inverter and I don't want to blow it out with too much wattage draw.

Help would be super appreciated!
