Full Synthetic Swap At 102,000. Thoughts and Input

What are some professional thoughts on a full synthetic swap at 102,000 miles, I'm talking oil, rear diff, front diff, and transfer case. . . I have used conventional valvoline for all of those miles and the rear diff, front diff, and transfer case still have the factory fluids in them.

Not professional but just my humble opinion... WTH did you wait so long! JK... I've changed mine last weekend to Royal Purple Syntetic @ 34,000 miles and still wish I done it earlier. Do it now.

Been on the back burner lol, and plus a guy I work with is an amsol distributer and is going to get me all the fluids and engine oil at cost
