Gasket Advice Needed for Early 7-Piece TRD Headers

I picked up a used set of the early 7 piece TRD headers. While I am super stoked to get them mounted on my 4runner, I don't have any idea where to buy the gaskets. I need not only the gaskets that go against the heads, but also all the gaskets that sit between the 7-sections of the headers!
Are these parts even available?
I have seen this set from SCE but it seems to be for the newer TRD header design, which has fewer sections.
Also any advice on surviving the famously difficult install is greatly appreciated.

I purchased my truck with these headers already installed. Thankfully I have not had gasket issues at the heads themselves so I have not messed with them or looked for the parts. You may need to get some blank gasket sheet material and make your own.

You will notice where the down pipe is connected to the cat that there are no spring bolts. its just a solid connection (fixed on later designs). Mine has always had a pinhole leak here so I searched for gaskets but was unsuccessful. When you get these installed you may want to put a flex pipe in somewhere so you dont get a crack later on.

Personally I would just use a high temp silicone RTV/ FIPG. I used it for my high flow cat and both my o2 sensors and that was a year ago and I've had zero issues with exhaust leaks. RTV is the way to go.

You will probably have to make your own gaskets from blanks

permatex ultracopper and then make some of your own gaskets with a quality gasket material..

Since they're not installed it'll probably be easiest to buy gasket material and cut your own gaskets instead of trying to hunt down defuncted TRD parts.

Thank you, these were previously cracked at the Y part of the down pipe, the repair is shitty and I am having it welded up again more cleanly. I like your idea of putting a flex pipe in there to prevent issues down the road!

Well you must do it correctly. A lot of guys apply RTV and then torque their bolts down to spec but in all reality you want to apply your RTV and let it cure for however many hours and minutes the instructions state on the back and then once you've waited you tighten your bolts to spec. The reasoning behind this is you end up with an actual gasket and not just a bunch of extra silicone around the sides. If you apply it this way you wont have an issue. For added security if you're extremely paranoid it will leak then so what others have suggested and apply a layer of RTV to an actual gasket material of your choice. On exhaust this is the route I take.

Curious, did you ever get the gaskets? If so, where? Also, does your exhaust pipe flange have two or three bolt holes? I'm looking to buy a set with two holes but my 00 Runner has three holes at the flanges.
