Gear Ratio in an 84 front diff

I'm helping a buddy build an 82 custom cab pick up and the front axle was stolen. We found a solid axle out of an 84 4Runner at a pick a part and bolted it up. His current factory rear axle has the OEM 4.10 gears. Did the 84 4Runner also come with 4.10 gears?
