I turned left to get on highway this morning heard a pop now if I go over 40 mph it am wobbling all over the road

LOL, that would definitely cause problems but not necessarily wobbling.

I would think an inner/outer tie rod ends breaking would definitely cause symptoms like this.

could possibly have thrown a wheel weight. mine was doing it all the time.

This could be any number of things. I'd start by crawling under the truck and see if anything looks out of place, broken or covered in oil/grease. I am willing to bet you are going to find a sheared off bolt or something hanging down that's not supposed to be. You problem right now just seem a little to vague.

Once you determine that I think the consensus snap a picture and then we can find a solution.
