Help on front bumper replacement

My 2007 4runner Limited collided with a 120# Doberman this weekend. Need to replace plastic "bumper cover" as it's called. Looking for a not so expensive metal bumper brush guard type. No winch, no frills, just something that will not crack into pieces if I meet another animal at 50 MPH, Thnx in advance.
