No, I have the toytec superflex springs in the rear. I still have the panhard bar. I removed the sway bar. It rides so much smoother on the roads around here.

Oh, I get it, ok. Definitely check the trac bar bushings and make sure that they aren't shifting at all when turning or under hard bumping. It was hard to induce the clunk, but it was definitely the trac bar.
I checked out all my control arm bolts, and they were all decently tight, bushings are definitely shot so I'm looking for those right now. My lower trac bar bolt was loose. I got almost 2 full turns out of it. Even though shaking it as hard as I could, it seemed like it was tight, it wasn't. I tightened it up and took it for a drive down my 5 mile road and hit all the spots that I know causes it to reproduce the problem. It's still there, but to a much smaller degree now. I'm going to replace the control arm bushings, the wheel bearings and look at getting the Sonoran Steel adjustable trac bar. Or just get new bushings for the one I have, I haven't decided yet if I want to spend the $$$ on a new bar.
