My box was beat to hell but luckily the jack was ok. My buddies however came in with a bent rail out of the box but they sent him a new one to replace it. It was pretty disappointing when I went to his house to have him help me install my new sliders and when we open his box to test the jack/adapter on my runner it was bent.

looks like mobtown coordinated with hilift on getting him a new one.

Hilift took responsibility on that one -QC isssue

haven't posted pics via tapatalk before so not sure how these will come through. hilift wasn't wrapped in any way in the box so it had plenty of room to slide around.

meh, not a big deal. youll be okay.

Don't mind touching up when i damage something but they obviously saw the way the box was beat up and just passed it on.

Not true.

The shipping carrier from mobtown to you damaged the box, not mobtown.

Hilift sent two pallets two mobtown -

one with boxes and packaging stuffs

one with hilifts.

they were not shipped boxed from hilift.

and before you say they shouldve been packaged better, they were packed just like hilift wouldve packed them.

Yeah shit happens. At least they took responsibility for it. I ship things daily so I know how crappy ups can be sometimes to deal with on damages.
