Some of you may have seen my postings on the vintage 4x4 mags I got through craigslist

I came across this specific topic in the Sept 1978 issue of 4x4s and Off Road Vehicles. I have seen a few postings like this:

"How do I learn", "How do I get started off roading" ?

This is a part 2 of a 2 part article but I am working backwards through the late 70s now. As I find the part 1 I will make it available.

I realize some of you were not even thought of in the 70s-but the techniques have not changed all that much.

Some of the terms have... they call washboarding "cross graining" never heard that one before....
