Morris, if you read this, let us know how to report this guy to the admins and possibly have action taken against him (even if it is simply threatening him with banning).

Interesting. Good to know I'm not the only one. Although I'm an idiot and paid as friends/family so he wouldn't incur a fee, so I may have lost out. I'll give it a few more days and maybe try my luck by contacting paypal. Although I think the guy actually does have the parts because he sent me a pic of a part that he noticed was broken and to see if I still wanted it. I said no and he said he would refund me, but he never did and that's about when he disappeared.

I paid for a good and documented well in the notes section of the transaction. I feel bad starting the dispute as I think this guy is legit too, just having a tough time right now. Hopefully all of this gets straightened out.
