i searched on here but couldnt seem to come up with a part number. Im looking to get a new VSV due to the code so if anyone can help that would be much appreciated

The 4WD VSV (that controls the ADD) and the evap system VSV's are two very different animals. If he's chasing a code, I'm guessing it's a p0446 and he wants the second type, and there are a couple of those. LC's suggestion is spot on; more work needs to be done (I think).

I was trying to say that your best bet would be to try and find a used one first.
Being that Goldsboro is not far from the Raleigh area, you may post on the NC meet and greet thread under General Discussion and ask any of the local members if they have one for sale, or at least to see if a replacement would clear your code for good.

oh of course, i think that's most often the case when people post things like this but then again sometimes people just want what they asked for, lol, i still got it wrong though......
i agree with both of you in that more work should probably be done...you can do things or you can do them right...

OK bringing this thread back up b.c I looked all over my truck and changed out my charcoal canister and still getting codes so I need the evap VSV part number please
