I wonder if they could have gone through the city to get a permit/permission to do something like that? I mean TV shows and Movies seem to be able to get away with that stuff so I wonder what the amount of effort and cost to say have police monitor/divert traffic from a couple streets at varying times of the day/month for such a video would be like?
