Identify This

I was at the store a couple of weeks ago and saw this and had to take pictures. It's got a Toyota emblem on it but it's like nothing I have ever seen stock. To me it looks like the guy chopped off the front and back of truck and retrofitted it to a 4runner. What do you guys think?

ITS A 96 Land Cruiser with 2012 Tundra body panels.

The guy that made it was supposed to open up some kind of your company in Costa Rica and was going to make a fleet of them. The deal fell through and he sold it. Only one he made.
