Instructions for removing alternator mount bracket?

This is a related post: http://www.toyota-4runner.org/3rd-g...ff-bolt-head-%96-suggestions.html#post2818080

I didn’t notice until recently, but part of my alternator mount bracket had broken off, and the previous owner had epoxied the dipstick mounting bracket to the mount itself. The epoxy broke off, forcing me to tie the dipstick to a nearby wire. It’s a decent fix, but I want to replace the mount bracket and give it a proper fix. I found one in my local Pull-A-Part, but I don’t know how to remove it.

Does anyone have any suggestions or can you point me to instructions?

Thanks.

I used the diagram to get it out. It was attached to the engine block by 3 bolts in a difficult to get to spot.

It's a Toyota man. Every nut and bolt except your lug nuts are difficult to get at. It's part of the fun. Just hope you don't have to replace your rear shocks anytime soon. lol
