Is there any ignition cylinder related anti theft system on my '95?

Long story short, my key quit turning the ignition, couldn't turn they key to ACC to remove the faulty lock cylinder, so we pretty much tore it out with some force, now it will crank with a screwdriver but it won't turn over. I haven't made it over to check the efi fuse or anything yet, just wondering if there's anything that would disable the fuel pump or anything else by not having an ignition cylinder in there?

To my knowledge, Toyota didn't use any anti-theft till the 3rd gens.

Just got back from trying to figure it out...the efi system isn't turning on, no check engine light on the dash test cycle, efi relay not clicking, and efi fuse is good. I tried jumping the fuel pump with the paper clip trick but got nothing...I think I understand the ignition switch sends a signal to the AFM? What exactly does this job? Is there a way to bypass this? I kinda have the ignition switch hanging there and I'm turning the copper cylinder piece by hand to crank the engine
