Hi All, new to this forum and excited to find it.
I had an 87 4 runner for most of the last 7 years...loved, built and loved it even more...same old sob story, shoulda kept it. But, I needed a truck and wanted to go back to diesel (I used to also have a stock 84 toyota 2l pickup...but that's another sob story).
Bought a 98 dodge but don't need this beast any more and am tired of the $500 monthly repair bills...that with me doing almost all the work.
So I'm happily back to toyota with a 2005 4Runner SR5, V6. Budget permitting, I'll be purchasing an OME lift in the next week or so and will try to squeeze on some 285/75/16 tires...I've never really posted my builds before, more of a troll, but I try to be more enganged this time ;<).
