I think you are going to like them!...I have had mine on for 2 months now, and I have not been disappointed!...I have a SSS front bumper, and Warn zeon 10 winch and it made the stock suspension sag too much!..Now it sets up really nice in the front end, and my rear is about 1.5 inches taller than the front......I went with then next stiffer spring in the rear which is supposed to be good for an additional 400 lb of gear......but it still rides really good!.....It rides and looks like it should have from the factory!

Yea I ordered the medium 400lb springs with it.

How's the nose dive on braking? What spring rate in the front?

What was your total lift? 3"inches?

I'm not sure on the spring rate on the front, but they are set up from the factory to support a ARB bumper!...I left mine at the factory 20mm preload on the spring, but they can be adjusted for more if needed!.....I don't notice any nose dive!.......
 
If memory serves me right..700lb spring rate..I'm running about 160 lbs additional on the front and nose dive is nearly non existent

It's a long video with tons of info.. but you can skip to the 12:15 mark and see his review of the bp-51 design. Probably works well for what most people do.... He sells King, so take it with a grain of salt... Great info in that video though...

Yea, my total lift was 3 in.....and that was an interesting video!.....I am sure I will never overwork my Ome,s......just trying to build a 4Runner for a retirement vehicle to go all over the USA......TransAmerican trail, national parks, Moab, camping, Colorado,...4 more years and I retire!......I want travel and camp and show the wife some remote and cool places!
