I could not live without my JET drill press. It was a CL find a couple of years ago.
I thought when I was young (17) that Boxing day is when all Canadians put on gloves and had it out with one another. I did a report on it in 11th grade; it is not so much MMA action across the land but actually is a holiday observed, born out of times when wealthy British aristocrats who used to give presents to their servants the day after Christmas beginning in the Victorian Period.

Had I known you where married to a British aristocrat perhaps I should have been addressing you as " Sir Fightman " or are you considered a her servant. J/K LOL
While scrolling, I too thought you bought an outboard motor.
A drill press comes in handy, U can't get much better than brand new & even better at that price.

Put another tall mark down for thinking it was a boat motor at first. Nice thing about x-mas presents from yourself is that you get exactly what you want :boink:

Thanks for the comments guys! After looking at my first post again, I can see how it looked like an outboard motor at first!
Little Ceasar, you know more about Boxing Day than I do! HA HA! Actually, I remember being told that once, but today, Boxing Day is basically our version of Black Friday. Most things are marked down at least 25%, and alot of things even more.
Today, I went out to Princess Auto (our version of Harbour Freight), and picked up a 3.4 HP, 8" Bench Grinder with Articulating Light for $18.00!
I also picked up a chipping hammer, wire brush and a pair of Insulated work gloves for a total of $38.00! (grinder included)
