Go to the Mobil 1 website for the rebate form. Have an oil change done using Mobil 1; or buy 5 one-quart bottles of Mobile 1; or by one five-quart bottle of Mobil 1; or buy a case of Mobil 1. Complete the form and mail it in before September 15, 2009. Limit 2 rebates per household.

I would by the oil now from advanced autoparts. 5 quarts of syn plus 1 extended life filter for 29.95. don't believe me? go see it for yourself.

the offer ends on the last day of March so the rebate don't work.

Just take it back on april 1st, then rebuy. It's easy to take advantage of retail stores...esp. Wal Mart

Am I blind? I cannot find where to get the rebate form from the referenced website? I just bought my Mobil 1 today..

can someone either post a .pdf of the form or send the link from the actual page?

Weird. It was up the other day, I wonder why they took it down? When this rebate initially was put up, I had to sign up on the website and create an account. I then printed off the rebate forms and have just been holding onto them. I suppose if one really wanted to, they could e-mail Mobil and ask what happened to the $10 rebate.

I can't find it anywhere either anymore!

From searching the web, I've come to find you had to get the rebate before April 1, 2009 from the Mobil 1 website and that there were limited quantities of the rebate.

...so it looks like the rest of us are out of luck

You mean the Rebate Form? Because rebate apply for after April 1st, not before. I'm not sure about application, though. I just happen to print 2 of my in march.

Yes, sorry I meant the form by April 1. You must purchase the oil between april 1 and sept 1?
