ok so I just bought a 1998 Toyota 4runner limited and I am not as car smart as I thought I was. I am having a couple of issues with it the first is a long turn over when starting it up. I don't really have any ideas as to what could be causing the issue. the second issue is when I have been driving for a little bit and park it there is a distinct smell of burning coolant. although I have checked the levels and looked over all the hoses I cannot seem to find any leaks. it has 188,000 miles on it and I didn't pay much for it but I knew going into it I may have a few things to fix. I am also trying to increase my gas mileage for the longer drives. any ideas?
