My good friend and fellow chef needs your help!

So my good friend Viet Pham ( originally from the bay area) moved out to Salt lake City, Utah and started a restaurant with a friend of his called Forage.

As you can see from his yelp he's KILLING it! I thought I could enlist the help of my family here at T4R.org and keep him in the lead to winning Best New Chef of the SouthWest.
