Due to unforeseen financial issues, and some other crap, I had to sell my 2011 Tacoma :sadwave:, but, in the deal, I picked up a 1997 4runner :hello:. So, it works out in the end. Now I just need some Marylanders to go trail riding with!!

Not from Maryland, but you'll never regret having one of these puppies. Beauties. I hated mine for a few days when I was thinking of a 1997 LC, but other than that it's straight love and pure happiness.

My Runner really gets to my heart and I care about every little detail with it. It's not in perfect shape, but it's the best looking 2001 vehicle in this province, except for some sissy sports cars that don't see winter, lol. I go shopping in blizzards and I'm fine.

No more truck payment is awesome!
But i already found myself looking for a lift, the 4runner is my 4 door 4x4. I have a gas saver that i use to get back and forth to work.

Am about to do the same thing to mine...you're in the right place here, huge amounts of 'already done that' info and writeups! Toytech has a pretty nice pkg for 3" lift for about $1000:

Sorry fo the lost of your truck, I just traded in my 2001 Trundra for a 2008
4runner. I was going to buy new 2011 Tacoma myself. This was a better
deal.
