Hello - new to the forum and hoping for some advice to resolve the issue I'm having. I'm having steering wheel vibration from 55-70mph, sometimes worse than others. It seems when the temperature is cooler outside the vibration is not as bad but when it is hot, it is worse. Bought set of four new Nitto Crosstek 265/65R17 110T when I bought my 4runner two years ago. First 10,000 miles they were perfect. Went in for balance and rotation after 10,000 miles and I've had vibrations since. I have had my tires balanced more times than I can count trying to fix the issue but the vibration still occurs. I've had them road force balanced by the Toyota dealership which did not fix the issue.
I replaced the shocks and struts, still vibrating. Decided to buy two new tires (Dunlop) for the front to see if that would fix the issue which it did somewhat but there is still some vibration. The Nitto tires have held up well and have 50K miles on them with a lot of tread left since I am only an interstate driver due to my commute.
Supposedly the dealership checked the drive train and tie rods and said they were ok. I don't know what else there is to try at this point. It drives perfectly until I get to 55-70mph which if I was just doing tooling around town driving, I wouldn't be so concerned but I'm on the interstate every day.
A friend of mine told me about this site so I thought I would give it a try. I love my 4runner but I'm so frustrated that I'm to the point of cutting my losses and getting rid of it.
Not sure if I'm posting in the right area or doing this correctly. Any advice is appreciated.

Factory everything, nothing additional has been added; one owner before me and was used mainly for highway driving
