New Marlin HD 1200lbs clutch but light pedal effort

I installed the 1200lb HD Clutch on to my '98 4Runner (new NAPA flywheel) and was surprised to find the clutch pedal effort to be way easier to push than the old OEM set-up. The research I did suggested the pedal effort to be higher instead of lower. Engagement seems fine though and I haven't worked it too hard as I'm trying to break it in properly. Anyone experience a lighter pedal feel after their install?

Did you bleed the lines, or replace the master or slave cylinders at the same time?

I didn't notice a difference in pressure when I put in the marlin clutch

Nope neither one... Just unbolted the slave from the tranny (left the line on though) and moved it to the side.
