New reman caliper, should I return it?

Hey there,

Just got these in mail from autozone. The other caliper I received looks brand new but this one has some rust on it, the rubber seals are dirty and there is a dent in the piston, should I exchange these or does it matter? I'm a little paranoid as the calipers have been replaced twice before, first time with autozone parts.

Pistons should not look like yours. Replace it.
