New T4R family member!

Just wanted to pop in and introduce a new junior member to the 4runner club!

My second child, Caroline, was born this afternoon at 1:20, 7lbs 2oz! So now I will be adding another 4runner to the family as well once I find a good 3rd gen. Our Acura just isn't big enough and my 1st gen definitely is not!

Congrats!!! I too am in your predicament. I have 2 little ones and just found out #3 is on the way. Yikes!!! It's awesome though. My first gen definitely ain't gonna cut it but I'm hoping I can score a bigger truck for family time and keep Ol' Blue for fun. Congrats again.

I'd skip right past the 3rd gen and go for a Sequoia or something - I have a nine year old and an 8 month old, and our 3rd gen is not really big enough for all four of us on longer than a day trip.

I've been trying to get the missus to go for something bigger, but this will be her first SUV, and she doesn't want a suburban or sequoia. Besides when we went to the trails last weekend with some friends and their 3rd gens, she was loving how well they did off the pavement. Thats the other reason she wants a 3rd gen. She has never driven off road, wants to though.
