Hi all!
I just joined and need some advice on brakes.
I gotta 03' SE V8 and I had the brakes replaced a couple years ago. My mechanic put in Raybestos rotors and pads. Prob is they have a lifetime warrantee which means they are made of HARD material and generate a lot of heat, and my rotors warp quickly.
Im having the rotors turned (again!) but was wondering if the other 4Runner owners stick to Toyota parts n pads, or do you guys n gals get aftermarket vented rotors?
Any help n' advice would be great!
Also i'm looking for replacement lower body moldings, specifically the rear-lower textured plastic body moldings (that wrap around to the back bumper). Theres a few scratches on the ones there, just wanna fresh pair. Any ideas everyone?
